How It Works
After you join, your membership kit will be sent to you within
approximately 10 to 14 days. The membership kit contains your
membership identification card. The card is the key to enjoying all
of your benefits. The card extends the Best Benefits plan savings
to your entire household.
Your kit will also contain a detail listing on each benefit,
plus a listing of providers in your area. Additional providers
can also be located using this website and clicking
toll free number: 1-800-308-0374.
If you are traveling or wish to receive information for a
different residence or work area, simply use this same process
to select new providers for the areas you will be located.
Remember your membership provides access to providers
through-out the entire country.
When you need to use your membership, just make an
appointment directly with the Best Benefits plan participating
provider. When you arrive at the participating office for your
appointment, present your Best Benefits plan card and again
present your card before paying. Use the same procedure of giving
the card with your prescription when visiting a participating pharmacist.
